That's what I said to someone at my dealer after they told me that they had misplaced the key after completing my 1000km service. So my bro ( Bluestone ) and I stood around the shop waiting for them to find my key. After half an hour or so they told me that I would have to go home and get the spare and that they will get me another one by the end of this week.
I couldn't believe this had happened. So I went all the way home riding bitch on my bro's bike to grab the spare key. When I returned I wanted to see if they would maybe give me a discount on the service I just had or give me a free service for my next service since they had wasted 3 hours of my bro's and my time. I figure that they would do something to keep me a happy customer of theirs but all they said was no and that I would get another copy of my key later this week.
After getting my bike I bumped into two other unhappy customers. Both of them told me that they are having problems with getting their exhausts installed. Something about lost stock pipes and missing mid pipes.
Anyways from now on my services will be done by John at Bomax. The only reason why I didn't take it to him this time was because I thought it would be a good idea for my dealer to do the first service.
Oh yeah this all happened at Modern.
