    HELP. Frame straightening?

I crashed my 98 R1 at Spokane's track. Among the major fairing damage, my rear subframe is totally bent up. As its not a bolt on unit, I need to find someone to fix/weld/bend it. Any suggestions?
Also one of the tubes of my front fork is slightly bent. Can these be fixed or is my best bet ebay? Thanks for your help.
PS I need fairings, a fairing stay, a front brake master cylinder, a windshield, and well, money to pay for it all. Anybody with parts or suggestions is much appreciated.
