I think we all need one of these..ultimate mini-supermoto?!?

This is sweet, but will probably never be sold here. It is kind of a downhill mountain bike/trials bike.

Ya know what I like about these? They look a lot like the old enduro street and trail bikes of the 70's. The saddle is at a real world height and the bikes themselves look like they would make awsome playbikes for the woods as well as stadium parking lots.

For some time know I've just shook my head at the saddle heights of the current dirt bikes...... And I'm over 6 feet tall! ! !

These look great. I think they would sell like hot cakes in this country as dirt/road playbikes that a guy or gal could commute on during the week and hit some fireroads or a jump park on weekends.

I sure hope they have some of these to look over at the motorcycle show this year.
A backyard mechanic without a service manual is just like a hooker without a lamp pole.... they are both in the dark.

    That looks awesome.
    I totaly agree with Bruce!
I've decided that owning a superbike for a commuter is (a slight) overkill, but I dont want to be riding a wimpy scooter. This looks perfect!

Nice. I'd like to have one for the street/trail applications. It would be a great commuter bike with a low seat height, and a blast to take camping!

Um... Well yeah.... Your point is? If you aren't into the entire dirt jumping go fast on a motocrosser and just want to play and do a few light duty tricks then what would be better than a bike that's slightly faster than a trials bike and has a decent saddle to sit on?

Not to mention it would be great at the stunta deyz.....

You said that like trials isn't a fun thing to do ! ! !

Don't get me wrong, I've had visions of selling the R6 and buying one of these (pro version). My point I guess is that people are acting like this is somthing new... it's looks just like a trials bike with street gear and taller gears for road use.

It is just a new spin on an old idea. I'd hit it!

Yamaha is still in the trials game....if sold in Japan, this is badged as a Yamaha, but if sold anywhere else in the world, it's called a Scorpa. Yamaha's engine and Scorpa's chassis teamed up in 2000 to come up with this beauty.
