As the title indicates...
Can a late model small pick-up truck (easily) carry two normal sized motorcycles in its bed? I'm talking about a Ford Ranger, GMC Sonoma, or something about that size.
I've put 2 bikes in the back of mid-sized pick-ups a few times...like F150s, Dodge Rams, Silverados and Dakotas (which might actually qualify as a small truck? even though Dakotas are pretty big). And they fit very easily.
I've put single motorcycles in the back of an S-10 and B2300...but I was wondering if these trucks are big enough to fit two sportbikes back there. If so, is it SUPER tight, or is there enough room that you don't have to worry about them rubbing up on each other and doing some damage. And what about the motor? Would something equipped with a regular six-cylinder be adequate? I'm thinking like 160-200hp, 180+ ft-lbs.
Forgive me...I know next to nothing about pick-up trucks.
