I bought a bb gun off ebay awhile ago, I just got a letter today from Canadian Customs that it was confiscated by them, I have 90 days to appeal, I regularly buy bb guns off ebay and got every single one except for this one. Anyone knows that how much does an appeal cost, and what do I do? write a letter or go to the downtown courthouse in person, as they said that would be the address to appeal. And for what reason would they take my bb gun this time? What's the best arguement I can give them? On the letter it says *(replica firearm)* Well HELL NO I don't like that term, I would prefer TOY GUN better. Would it be wise to use that?? And I do know that it's not illegal to sell airsoft bb guns in Canada, there's lots of places that sell them here, and bylaw unlike the states, Canada does not require a orange plug at the barrel of the gun. I'm lost, can anyone help??
