I'm always looking for ways to get more lean, but without having to go to hydroxycut or caffeine pills. The research is all from 1982, and shows that it doesn't work, comparing injested carbs with carbs in stools, but I'm curious if anyone here has any any experience with it. (successful experiences). I've been working out for 10+ years, and am in decent shape, but have never been super cut. I love to eat and drink too much!! But I'd like to try and really get lean this year!
