eat fruits in morning(no citrus fruit)..steamed veges for lunch(avoid night shade vegetables) and either fish or organic chiken for supper... no carbs, no salt no sugar..if u want sugar (eat manuka honey or pure organic maple syrup, lots of stuff has natural salt in it so dont worry about salt)..no dairy products.. fruits when u feel hungry.... dont live on ur adranaline.. eat apples or soemthing.. and between lunch and dinner (drink juice of 2 sticks celery, 1 beetroot , 4 carrots and 1 apple for taste).
do some walking .. atleast break a sweat. and try to not stress out , get the good sleep and let yer body do its thing.
yes i know its not as good as atkins diet.. but u will get results quicker and after a few dayz when u notice teh lost weight and it will pump u up even more and and like after a week..u will get used to everything and things will get easier. must have dicipline to not eat stuff that u might see.. caues when u do, u will feel guilty after and probably go on a self destruct course.
and after u finished and are satisfied with the weight .. start introducing some of ur normal stuff(but u must work out and burn it off or eat healthier).. u'll feel good about yerself and have tons of energy.

(wut a fkken joke).. putting so much stress on ur kidneys wiht all that stuff and all that meat is gona cost ya ... and if u r thinking of doing atkins diet.. get on the net and research.. find out its side effects.. i read on the newspaper that it wasnt preferred by lots of ppl who knew wtf they r talkin about
