basicly what i want to know is how to do it
am i doing 1 session a day, 3 times a week? or what, i have it in my head you are soposed to do 3 16 minute sessions a day 2-3 times a week. ? what your take. also what kind of diet should i be on doing this. im 170 lbs, looking to lose 10ish lbs of fat. and bump my metabolisim way up. Thanks!
