Has anyone bought gear/accessories from Moto Internationale in Montreal? Maybe actually been to their shop?
Any experiences or opinions appreciated.
Being from Montreal, I've shopped there for years. It's the biggest shop in the Montreal area. Since moving to their "new" location (it's been ten years and I still call it new), they have concentrated less on sportbike and more on Harleys (lots of cruiser wear). In their "old" downtown location, they had an excellent choice of accessories for the sportbike junkie. Now...been there last year, things are good, but not as well stock as they used to be. I think that local mainland stores has more to offer than Moto Internationale in terms of accessories. The lady (forgot her name~let's call her Chantale) that works for Moto has been there for decades...local french girl that was once hot in her younger years, she knows her stuff and is a pleasure to deal with. Prices are comparable, if not on the high side. The only accessories that you might want to look for there, that we may not find here, are product that are from France~say Mig Pipes or European brand helmets. If you really want the inside scoup, you should call FRANCOIS from Pacific Yamaha, Yep you guessed it! He worked there for a few years!
With Beautifull french girls working the accessories department...I never had any complaints ~that was ten years ago!
Vanity; my favorite sin...
I guess websites don't always give you the whole story. Thanks very much for the inside info, Datlouie!
