So I was in my car going up to go snowboarding (I cant use the bike for that ) anyways we stopped to get a bite to eat it was just starting to snow. When we left there was a shit load of snow on the ground and it was really cold. I got in my car and when I was leaving the parking lot I hit some ice, hit the brakes and the back rear tire smashed into a curb. I thought I just poped the tire, but when I got out I found my rim was missing a chunk and the wheel bent hard.
Anyways the to truck driver was a dick but he thought it was the control arm its a subaru outback. Anyways my question is "Is this covered by comprehensive or collision?"
Also if collision does it matter who was at fault or what happed or they just say you crashed and your coverage will go up and you pay the $300 and thats it?
I really hope its comp but im doughting it.
