since breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, what do you eat?
me personally i have:
1/3 cup oat meal cooked with 1/2 cup of water
1 scoop whey protein
1 tsp flax oil
red grape fruit
first time i've tried mixing whey protein with oatmeal. i am a very picky person when it comes to food and taste, and let me tell you.. DESPITE what it looks like, it is friggin good and keeps me full for an easy 3-4 hrs.
btw, my protein is strawberry with a hint of banana flavour
