    Motor Mount torque spec??

    Just installed frame sliders on my 03 cbr 600rr and just wondering about torque specs for the slider bolt???

    It's in the Hayne's manual: Tighten 'er til she strips, then back off a 1/4.

    if youre mounting to the forward mounts, the RR has 12mm diameter bolts for mounting and standard torque for that size bolt is 40 lb. ft.

    Thanks Lowside...you've got nice product!! Saw some samples at the tradex bike show....too bad I already bought mine.
