    Duty on tires???

I haven't brought tires over the border in some time. IIRC, there is no duty charged on MC tires, just GST/PST. Can anyone confirm? thanks.

Well, I brought Metzler across and since they are made in Germany, it costed me 6% in duty. I think unless it is made in USA, tires duty is 6%. Still lot cheaper than buying it locally.

Are we talkin' about shipping or actually going down and picking up a set?
Anyone ever tried any of these "tire wholesalers"? I got a set of dirt tires a couple years back and remember saving a bunch through them.
