It all started when my buddy wanted to use my bike to make a mold for making race glass. I agreed to let him use the bike because I was planning on painting it anyway's. My good friend Todd , that has just purchased a local body shop in Kelowna , agreed to take the job on, even though I offered him next to nothing to do the job........ha ha ..I know your reading this Todd ! Anyway, Todd and his brother Mark have turned this shop from the average Joe shop , into a Hot Rod Heaven for Import car's , I mean you should see some of the things they do with these thing's ? I'm just glad I misseed this era of "Money Pit" paint, turbo, Nos, custom interior's........fack where does it end? Back to the Corona, after searching everywhere for the right color combo, Todd came up with a Accura NSX yellow and I have no idea where he got the purple or the Petronas green, but he got em, and they look BANG ON ! When I first saw the purple color I was a bit worried that he had missed his mark on the color choice, but then he said take it outside with ya , so I did , and it came alive with all kind's of purple in my hand's.....good one buddy ! I ordered a decal kit from Italy for the bike and was pleased with what I got, $250 by the time it got here, but who's counting at this point ? I thought I'd share some pic's with you, because there's no way in hell this bike will be on the road soon, and even when the road's are all clean and shiny, I'll stil be a bit timid to taking out.Hope you enjoy the pic's , and if anyone is thinking on doing a custom paint job, big or small, Todd is the one you should talk to first. Enjoy .........and a big THANKS to Todd.
