    cap screws

Does anyone know where I can get some allen head cap screws?
These are the specs for the screw:
6 mm in diameter by 60 mm in length
thread size is M 6 metric

I've already checked Home depot, Revy, Lordco and Canadian tire with no luck. HOme depot was the closest as they had some allen head cap screws but nothing long enough.

Pro Fasteners, located at various places around town, also sells metric cap screws in a wide variety of lengths and sizes. They are cheap enough that it's worth buying the box of 100.
A backyard mechanic without a service manual is just like a hooker without a lamp pole.... they are both in the dark.

I know it a stupid question, but have you tried REVY or Home Depot?

I find that in the screws ailse they have all walks of different screws, nuts, and bolts there. It wouldn't hurt to try.

Revy and HD do have them, but they are much more expensive than these above mentioned places.
