Does anyone here buy CDs on a regular basis? Years ago, i used to buy a few CDs per month, but when i bought my first computer, i found Napster. I loved that fucken thing. I still have a Napster sticker on the back window of my truck. I am having more and more difficulty getting exactly what i want in free mp3's, so i went to A&B Sound and bought Probot and Damage Plan. I also picked up the first season of Married With Children.
Although the rise of mp3 sharing on the internet has caused a bit of a slump in CD sales over the past few years, i am happy to say that A&B Sound in Surrey is still the place to hang out if you're a greasy loser. Not bums looking for change, not paying customers waiting for a bus, not welfare recipients looking for an old lady to push over and steal her purse. Just greasy losers, leaning up against the front of the building looking "cool". They've always been there. Most of us just don't realize it because we're so used to seeing them. I actually had one try to talk to me the last time i was in there:
Loser: "Dude". *Nod accompanied by knowing smile*
Me: *walking away like his words were just another toxic, airborne pollutant generated by the Whalley area.*
Anyways, what was my point?
Oh yeah......anyone buy any good CDs lately?
