For past two years i have been a member of the Westwood Motorcycle Club. This club and it's excutive have worked tirelessly to bring racing back into BC.
But all to often it's only a hand full of people who do all the work. If we are to bring a new race track to BC, then eveyone who rides a bike should be out helping to promote racing. This means showing up at the races to watch or to help.
It would cost millions of dollars to have a new track built, but why would an investor or promotor bother, if there is no support, who would use the track. I'm just rambling, but I would like to see more and more people show up at track days, race day's, to either ride or to help. perhaps someone could start a fund raiser for a new track. It should only cost around 8 million to get started. Anyone have land to loan out.
