I've got the day off work Friday and was thinking of riding to Mt. Baker if it stays warm and sunny. Be back in Vancouver in time to watch the 'Nucks.

Baker, Washington roads, are probably a better bet. I know hwy 9, Silver lake, mosquito lake roads are in good shape, and appearently Duffly Lake Rd. is not, sand and gravel and melting snow...

    Edit
OOPs, I just reread your post Jason. You did Duffy Lake last week, and it was good?

If you're going Baker way, I'm liable to be in.

    What about Chuckanut Drive Loop?
Arguing on the internet is like competing in the special olympics, even if you win, you're still retarded.

great response! Let's wait until later tonight and we'll figure out which route to take. The Baker ride sounds interesting...everyone got their passports?

    Some tentative details...
    Meet time: 8-9am
    Pace: Depends who shows up...moderate?
    Return time: 5/6pm?

I *personally* have never been a big fan of the Chuckanut. Would rather go both ways on Hyw 9 Vs. one way on the Chuckanut. 15 mins of fun, if there is no traffic, that takes an hour plus to get to.. just my 2 cents

    The 5 most important words

    "Ride at your own pace"

No offense buddy, but if this is your first year riding, do not try to keep up with the more experianced riders if they're going for it, not that anyone here would ever intentionally speed through corners ...

Left behind, no not at all. There are always many stops and everyone should know where the next meeting spot is.

Just get nervous when I read, I can keep up, and I just started this year...

    All good
