Well after a living here 16 months and going through some ICBC BS I've decided it may be time to give up my ND drivers license and get a BC license and the dreaded ICBC insurance. Its going to be tough paying out the ass for insurance when I've been paying $37 a month or $444 US a year for full coverage with a $250 deduct. But since I'm no longer a student I have to go along with the law.
So my question is will I have to take a driving and riding test? I've been driving for 13 years and I had only 2 accidents that were my fault but my record only shows 1 (happend 2001) There was one speeding in 01 as well. Other wise clean. I'm just curious cuz I'm going in at 830 so I dont have to wait in line to long. Thanks
