Question about riding with my gf on the back...

    Ok 2 questions

    1) What should I adjust the rear spring on a 99 R6 too?
    I am 160lbs and she is 115

    2) What tire pressure should I have the tires at? I have a 010 up front and 020 on the rear.

I have a 2002 VFR and I leave the rear tire at 42 and don't adjust the spring preload as my GF doestn't like to go very fast. If your looking for a bit more performance you may wish to add a few clicks.

Unless you're canyon carving and scraping your knee pucks WITH HER ON THE BIKE you should not adjust the rear just because you have a passenger now and then. Get some buddies and do the sag thing for you alone and leave it. It'll be strong enough to handle the odd passenger ride at less than crazy cornering.
A backyard mechanic without a service manual is just like a hooker without a lamp pole.... they are both in the dark.
