So I've always thought about this... and never really asked.
When is a company going to understand the limitations of riding a motorbike at night and adjust how the headlight system works.
As it stands now... riding at night on an UNLIT road requires too much guts and a very low speed. When you go straight you're ok but as soon as a turn gets in the way the light shines the opposite direction as to where your going.
If you turn a sloping left hand corner the light shines UP and to the right... (with the lean of the bike) and you only really get about 20m of light into your turn... very frustrating. If the road is clear you're really OK but if an animal came out or there was some debris on the road?
how do you guys ride at night along a highway? Do you enjoy it as little as I do?
Anyways there's my rant.
