*could you please!!!!!!!!!! stop selling poor suckers those dinky ASS frame sliders ,,that are so f-in popular to those who dont want to cut thier precious fairings .If you do it right you cant even see the hole, its easy just takes time to make it look nice ,,if they are color matched to the bike ,its almost invisible ,its flush to the sliders with the proper hole saw and tape ,besides if your selling it ,,the person whos buys it will thank you for putting them on .
If its not on an engine mount with a large bolt they are 100% useless!
I see too many of these come through the shop and if you drop your bike from any thing over .0000098 miles an hr they will break off instanly, or at least bend .Get the sliders that mount to the motor or your wasting your time ,,they arent any diff in price,,actually the no cuts are more expensive .even if its a bracket that extends from the motor mount like the new gixxers ,,thats gonna be a whole lot of leverage for it to break .Especially the ones the make for kawasakis ,,those tiny bolts are used to hold up plastic farings not your big ass and a 400 pound bike .
dont say anything is better than nothing because the ones that mount to fairing mount areas are NOTHING .
80 km get off onto concrete ,,all it did was scuff the slider,,my buddy dropped his kawi at a red light from a dead stop and it busted right off and left the busted bolt in the frame . take a fairing mount bolt and an engine bolt and put it into a vise and hit it with a hammer see which breaks first ,,of course if you put the little bolt in a vise it will crush anyway so dont bother.
lots of guys local sell the real ones ..MSpeed usually has lots in stock ,lowside ,OPP racing (anodized aluminum)and any other shop smart enough to sell ones that work ,If you dont belive me bring your bike by and the strong breeze off the river will snap those stupid little things right off
stop the madness.hahaha
