Tonight is definitely one of those restless ones... I've been trying for the last couple hours or so to fall asleep, and nothing seems to be working. I've put on the radio, then switched to TV (with the volume down so just the quiet hum of the TV running is heard), I've tried a bit of lavender oil on a tissue in my pillowcase, I've tried reading, and I've even changed my PJs!!
My sleep habits lately (approx. the last 2 weeks) are definitely weird too, i.e. having a hard time going to sleep, waking up a few times during the night, and not feeling well-rested when I wake up. So, what do you guys do when you can't sleep? Any suggestions for a better night's rest?
