85 ninja 600??
I've been looking for my first bike for a while now. I'm a big guy, 5'11" and 215 LB so i've been looking for a 500 or 600 CC bike. Just the other day I found an older (85/86) Kawi Ninja 600 for a reasonable deal.
Heres what I know:
85 ninja 600
Carbs rebuilt by SG Power
New Chain & Sprokets
Regualr Oil changes
Needs a carb sync
What do yah think? Anything I should know about older ninja's? How much would a carb sync run me at any shop in vic? Anything I forgot?
Thanks for the help guys, cant wait to be riding
shouldnt be a penny over $2000 assuming it's good to go.
its good to go and its just under 2G's... Decent bike?

Personally for $2k for my first bike, I'd looking into an early 90s Ninja 500 with decent Ks for about the same money.
I personally think 2K for a 85 ninja 600 is a bit pricey. wouldnt pay more than 1600 for it. You can buy a carb synch tool for about 70-80 bucks and its a pretty easy job. and its yours forever.
