I'm getting a little frustrated with my shop. My bike's been sitting there since mid january and they've yet to order the replacement exhaust. Around four weeks ago, I finally got them to place an order for a source I had to find myself, since they wouldn't bother to look for me. They never followed up, and now I'm being told it never shipped (4 weeks after they told me it shipped and it's on its way).
Once they told me this I gave them 8 more sources and differnet options of pipes on tuesday. Still no word, nothing, how would I go about motivating these guys. I'm not a bad customer, I've spent a fair amount of money in there, and I even brought beer one time when they helped me out in the past. It's aproaching the 5 month mark, and I really need my bike back.
