I'm considering getting the 312 or 624mhz Dell AXIM handheld, but on looking at over 100 reviews at cnet.com, I've heard horrible stories about their customer service, and how they outsource to India for their tech support, and how at least a third of the reviewers indicated that although the AXIM 30 is awesome, you are lucky if you get all of the accessories (ie USB cable) sent to you the first time.
Basically, the reviews indicate that the product is great, if you're lucky enough to get it within a month and if it breaks down, say goodbye for a couple of months.
Is the outsourcing issue with Dell only in the States? Has anyone encountered similar problems here with Dell? Anyone have an AXIM 30?
