Ok, so i've never posted a thread but i'm hoping someone out there can help me out with my problem. Basically, I have a 93 Suzuki GSX-R600 that runs great with the exception that when I accelerate, the engine always boggs down when I reach 3k RPM and "putts" its way through until it reaches about 4k RPM. Once it gets to 4k it seems to accelerate normally. When I bought the bike, the owner told me he hadnt ridden it forever (which seemed true because it only had 6700 miles on it). Anyway, after i bought it i took the bike in and had the carbs taken off and flushed. That didnt seem to help at all. The bike has a jet kit and aftermarket slip-on exaust which to me looks too small for the bike but i really wouldnt know. The only other thing I can really say is that it seems to run better before it warms up, the longer I ride it the worse it seems. Well, thanks for taking the time to help me out, because noone else can!
