anyone wanna lend me a bike ?
Sometimes the ditch is the better option.
How did the photographer get those shots?
Was this scenario set up for demo purposes or does he follow the dumb ass from corner to corner waiting for him to go wide and wipe someone out.
Take your camera to Cypress for one hour on a sunny summer day. Carnage.
That had to be messy! What happened?
Probably the rider spotted the cameraman and decided to push it a little harder into the corner, forgetting he's riding 800lbs of iron that wasn't engineered to turn.
I see the guy coming the other way is trying to get his leg clear in the second shot. Hope it worked.
"Not a shred of evidence exists in favor of the idea that life is serious."
Mistake #1: overcooking and botching his corner entry
Mistake #2: target-fixation
In the words of Jerry Seinfeld, "This is going to be a shame..."
"When in doubt, FLAT OUT!"
This showed up in another forum. It's shots from Deals Gap. The cruisers scuffed bags but neither went down.
A backyard mechanic without a service manual is just like a hooker without a lamp pole.... they are both in the dark.
At Deals Gap, there is a photographer who camps out in a few corners and takes pictures of you going through the turns.
Not sure about target fixation, as we weren't there, but surely too much speed for that bike in that corner.
No major injuries, just a luggage banquet all over the road, according to the report.
