Hindle part two...damn!
hey, so ya, ignore the previous forum, now theres a new prob. I believe that this bike was a previous ICBC write off (a lying dealership), and I know that it had a sever slide on the right side and one minor drob (by yours truely) on soft dirt...
any ways, the elbow pipe cant be angled properly to have the exhaust sit belol the passenger pegs (also appear to be bent slightly, but no real damage at all). are there any ways to tell if the lower exhaust pipe connected to the manifold has been bent by a fraction before i stick a steel rod in there and reef it out a bit? All i need is 5mm more to be sitting far enough away from the swing arm...we are pretty sure we have the right parts, though i wouldnt mind testing mounting it on another f2 if someone out there has time and lives near langley (i cant get ahold of my friend who has an f2)...thanks
