I own a yellow 2004 GSX-R600
I was riding down cypress 3 weeks ago and got checked off my bike by a distracted dad in a mini van (who pulled out in front of me while busy yelling at his kids in the back seat). The bike seemed ok, I was only going about 25-kph when I got bumped. The accident was deemed 100% soccer dad's fault, the bike went to my shop and the repairs (which asside from the front rim and front breaks, were all aesthetic) to restore the bike back to mint, ended up adding up to about $6000 (of which I paid nothing, ICBC even covered full replacement cost of my jacket and helmet).
Here is the question, My bike was $11K brand new, has an aftermarket undertail, Titanium Yosh pipe, aftermarket rear tire hugger, and frame sliders (all told, about $2000 in aftermarket, all of which were restored to mint).
With brand new '04 GSXR-600 selling for about $10K now... What would be a fair price if I was to sell my bike, fully restored, but with the accident on the record?
