So I sold my car a while back and have decided to try and ride through the winter...as long as i avoid the icy mornings and evenings im fine with it, i dont mind the rain, but im wondering, should i change the viscosity of my oil for riding in colder weather??? its a lot harder to start my bike now, its older and has a manual choke (honda cbr 600). i know that the oil is shared between the engine and the tranny, so thats Y im really weary about changing the viscosity...if any one could help and give me any other winter riding advice, i would really appreciate that! i generally just go to and from school right now and they have underground parking to keep it dry, heh, so im happy.
so ya, any help or advice would be awesome! safe ridin to those out there trudging through the winter with me!
