My Alaskan Malamute is missing , and was last seen in the Coquitlam Centre area of Coquiltam on Monday morning at 10.
Can I please ask anyone who lives in the Coquitlam area, or drives through to keep an eye out for him.
We believe he was probably stolen and escaped from whoever took him, since we are in Pitt Meadows, and he doesn't run away.
This dog is everything to us and is deeply missed.
We search for him every single day and night......I've taken some time off work to try and find him, to no avail.
There are about 200 posters in the Coquitlam, Pitt, and Maple Ridge area right now
Helooks somewhat like a wolf, and is about 115 lbs......has a tail the stands straight up all the time that is fluffy and mostly white.
He has a white mask around his eyes, and walk like he owns the world (extremely confident)........his name is Max, or Mr Max sometimes we call him when we want his attention.
He is friendly but may be stand-offish due to being in a strange place for over a week now
I've exhausted all possibilities of how to find him.
I've checked all SPCA's, all pounds, all vets , and most kennels.
There are adds in the Sun and Province this weekend, and in the local paper also.
Next step will be the BCTV news, but they usually only air stories of lost animals that are sick.
Any help would be hugely appreciated, and there's a $200 reward also.....so far we've spent $500 looking for him.
Please call me day or night if seen....time does not matter.
Cell is 604 551 6620 and home is 604 460 0050.
There is a picture of him on www.canadastrays.com under dogs missing in BC if you'd like to see a pic
Thanks very much for any help that may be provided
