Just curious about you people's opinions on this matter.
You're sick. Say, a cold, as I have now. It sucks, but you still go to work and feel a bit rundown at the end of the day.
Rundown, but not flat on your back coughing and sniffling.
So, in this case, would you guys head off to do your regular work, or wimp out and stay home watching shitty TV and eating hamburgers?
I flop back and forth, myself. My co-worker insists working out pushing the toxins and associated stuff out of your system faster. My other co-worker says pushing the body is a bad idea and that rest is the best option.
What do you do?
