Anyone know where you can get those flip-up license plates for when ur dicking around or running from the po-po?

A hinge has holes in it to attach to what ever its hingeing. Fill them in with bondo so it has a smooth look. The hinge part is loose and moves freely not what you want. Put the hinge and pin piece in the vice and squeeze so it has restriction in movement. Drill holes for mounting and the licence plate. Done.
