    Real estate question?

Im looking around at prices on vacant properties. I know when you are buying a house you usually have a good margin to make an offer with.. what about a vacant lot? do i have much margin to make an offer... or none at all?

If the lot has been for sale for more then 6 months I'm sure the price will move accordingly. I think its all relative. There are tons lots around for under 10,000.00 that the movement will not be that great on but the 80,000.00 lot (with out lake view) I'm sure will have some movement. Now on the other hand Lake Frontage is only going to go up in price and people know that so the price is normally the price give or take a few thousand.

    Hope this helps

I'm just here for the intelligent conversation.
It's usually the same, but like Jeremy says, prices are easier to negotiate on when they've been on the market for a while. Always let them know you're serious BUT also willing to walk away at any time.

Never compliment something you're buying, complain about it constantly!
