So I am proud to say that as of Thursday past, I am the first participant in BC to be accepted into a 1year Health Canada study on Medical Marijuana & Chronic Pain. Fully funded by the Federal governement. Check out the link below....
I was referred by my surgeon who's old research assistant is now heading up this study based in Montreal. How sweet! I now get my weed supplied.... organic and FREE...oh did I mention FREE...well not exactly, they do want blood !!! Anyway I am 100% supportive of Medical marijuana. I know that the Herb worked for me when I had my accident (July 2003) and was released from the hospital (after 19 days, X-ray pics are in my profile that I can't figure out how to link to) with out a prescription for anything more powerful then T3's. I'd be crippled today if I couldn't smoke a few fatties when I get home at night... Hell eating a few extra cookies is far better then some man-made chemical altering the synapses of my brain IMHO. The only thing that worries me is the USA.... if Canada did ever decriminalize Marijuana I think we'd face some serious repercussions.
