Well since there is so many questions whether or not HID's are actually worth all the trouble I thought I'd make some high quality video of them in action. I didn't have tons of time so I will be adding more.
If the HID's aren't on, the stock H4 55w halogen lights are on highbeam. Especially in one of the video's it looks like no lights are on but the stock halogens are in highbeam. You'll notice the lights take a 10-15 seconds to reach full lumens. The kit is in a 03 R1 stock headlight housing and are 4300K which is what all Infiniti G35 and QX4's run. I used those cars because most HID setups are in a projector format which isn't necessary but it's definately optimal. Once you ride with a HID setup you'll never want a bike without them. Well worth the $300. Video size range from 5 megs to 18 megs so it might take a few minutes to download.
If you guys have questions regarding HID's post em up and I'll try to help as much as I can.
Does $300 include the ballast? $300 isn't too expensive for real HID. How would I go abouts getting some?
