I just want to share my story. I was a long time Fido user and made the switch to Bell for their big promotion that gave Fido customers a free camera phone.When I bought the phone i was pressured into getting the 3 year ext. warranty, they told me i would be covered for 3 years etc. So after 2 months the phone won't recieve a charge. other than that it worked fine. I bring it to the store in December for repair. they give me a loaner phone (it's the size of a brick and probably a couple years old, teeth marks all over it WTF?). So every few weeks i call to check on the status and they keep giving me excuses. Well it's been 3 months and i finally get a call and they say it's water damage and it's going to cost 400 to repair. I told them that's rediculous and i'm not paying it. So they say they want their loaner phone back asap. WTF?? They try to sell me a new phone for 250 plus tax. So i said i'll give you the loaner phone as soon as i get my old cell phone back. Long story short - DO NOT USE BELL IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
