the woman was horrified "due to the unpleasant sensation of having this (object) in her mouth."
    And rightfully so, IMHO.
Probably still tastes better than the chili....

the scary thing is that they use the hambergers that were cooked too long on the grill for the chilli meat. so that finger was in a hamberger patty and by pure luck it got over cooked and was put in the chilli meat bin.....

    i smell lawsuit

I really don't think so. Everything at Wendy's is pre-made and comes in frozen. They don't cook anything on site since nobody there knows anything except how to work on the assembly line.
    What was it all about?

when i was a teen i flipped buggers at wendys.....

if the meet cooked too long (as in there is always some meet on the grill cooking and if there is more meet than orders then it can get over cooked) they had us put it in a bin and referred to it as chilli meat.

to make the chilli you would boil the meet to get rid of the fat then pour in the sause, spice, beans etc.....

and as far as i know the meet is fresh....never frozen....and pattied every morning on site......
