West Coast Superbike School will be holding the very first Track Day at Mission Raceway on Tuesday, April 19th. This day is open to both street riders and racers alike with different groups for varying speeds of riding and levels of experience. There will be instruction available to those who would like some help with their track riding as well as helmet cam footage for those of you who wish to see their riding in action.
Bike prep will be minimal so it is easy to participate and will include taping or removal of mirrors, the same with the brake light and removal of your license plate. All bikes must be in a good state of repair with decent tires and will be checked out before going on track.
For gear you must have leathers(1 piece or 2 piece that fully zips together), riding boots or a boot that covers the ankles, leather gloves that cover the wrists and a current DOT approved full face helmet.
Cost is $150 + GST for street riders and $100 + GST for riders with a Race License and a race prepped bike. We will have the DBcom system running for those of you with transponders(thanks to the WMRC).
There are a limited amount of track bikes available for rental at $150 per day.
