I'm close to closing a deal on a blue 99 Katana 750, site unseen in Kelowna, 13,000 kms, vg condition, $5,300. It has a Yoshimura can on it. I'd like to know what this is like compared to the stock exhaust. Is the Yoshimura measurably louder than the stock? I guess it'll give me an extra horse or two, but I don't want to be setting off car alarms wherever I go, and I want to be able to hear the natural nuances of the motor (eventhough it's not a vfr).
What are your opinions on this? If I didn't like it, would I be able to sell it easily and get a stock exhaust?
Thanks in advance.
