    FS: 2000 Honda CBR 929

2000 Honda CBR 929 in excellent condition. 12,5k on the clock, just had 13k service performed at BOMAX and new tires put on. Bike is in excellent shape mechanically and cosmetically.

    $11,000 OBO with:
    - 2001 Yellow/Black body
    - Scott's steering damper
    - PCIII with Two Bros map
    - Two Bros Aluminum slip-on
    - Goodridge SS lines front and back
    - Corbin seat
    - Red Fox rear hugger
    - Intuitive Racing frame sliders
    - LP tank bra, flushmounts and shortstalks
    - Double Bubble dark smoke windscreen
    - Pro Grip hand grips
    - Xenon headlights
    - Handy Industries rear stand
    - rear seat cover
    - mirror extensions
    - service manual

    - stock parts: signals, exhaust, seat, headlights--whatever I have.

I have spent roughly $4000 on the above mentioned items (the Scott's and Corbin alone set me back $580 US) and I paid just $10k for the bike, so I will not take any low-ball offers seriously.

The bike can be purchased in stock form for less, but I would rather sell everything I have all at once than part it out.

I am not in a huge rush to sell, but preferrable before September as that is when I will need the money for school. My student loan application was denied since my bike is worth too much, so I plan on buying a cheaper bike (SM?). I will still be riding and visiting the site, but I just have to make some sacrifices for my future.

EDIT: check it out on the BCBikes page or the link in my signature.

The stand is 929 specific--the swingarm is asymmetrical, so the stand has uneven pads. A normal bike would be crooked all the time.

However, you can make a shim to make it level. Several 929 owners have purchased a normal rear stand and used a shim to make one arm uneven, so the reverse is also possible.

My bike hits the Buy & Sell next week, so if I get no local interest (I had guy from Alaska who called me wanting to buy it) I may decide to sell off the aftermarket stuff. I will post if I decide to do this, with a first come first serve style sell--just because some people have already PM'd me about things like Scotts, Corbin, PC3, etc.

I will also be selling the bike with everything EXCEPT Scotts, Corbin, PC3, Two Bros pipe, and frame sliders for $9750. So for under $10k you get a bike that is still loaded and you pay less than what I paid for it completely stock. I am getting lots of interest, but mainly from my US buddies and I would prefer to keep it local.
