I am asking a question on my girlfriend's fathers behalf.
He would like to know if ICBC would turn him away when going to get his bike license. He has a prosthetic forearm/hand... But he has lived with it since he was a kid, and has no problem doing every day things just the same as you or I. He had his motorcycle license in Colombia for 30+ years and had no problem riding there. He actually customized his bike to have all of the controls on the right handlebar.
What he wants to know is:
A. Will ICBC just laugh and say no because he has the prosthetic
B. Will having a Colombian bike license for so many years help him out at all, (with the integrated licensing system)
