Don't want to spoil anyone's fun but I watched the MotoGP from China today, thoroughly enjoyed the race, can't believe what these guys can do in the wet.
My question is: if the race starts out dry, then rain starts the lead rider can signal to stop the race. Is this just for a particular series or does that regulation apply to all races, i.e. MotoGP, WSB, AMA? Are riders then allowed to come in and change to full rain tires and then restart the race?
In the race today they started in full rain conditions so there was never an issue which tires to use.
