I've got a Dunlop 204 on my VFR. I noticed tonight that there's a nail deeply imbedded between the side edge and centre wear ribbon. It's in at a sharp angle (I was practising leaning these last couple of nights in vacant lots).
Should I leave the nail, remove it and plug the hole, get a pro to repair it, or replace the tire? The wear marks are just starting to show and I already started shopping for a new tire, but hoped to get at least a few more weeks out of this one, and I want to continue riding for the next few days... the shops are closed until Tuesday anyway.
What advice can you guys give me?
Thanks in advance.
