Finally finished this bitch. Just like American cars, American made model kits are fucking crappy.
While it looks all nice when finished, it was such a major bitch to make all the sub-assemblies fit together.
It was one of those models that I was just glad to finish and clear off my work bench.
It is a Revell-Monogram kit of a 2000 BMW Z8, done in Tamiya gun metal for the exterior, followed by a custom blended dark red and black interior, finished with semi-gloss polished aluminum.
Next one on the bench is an Acura Integra, which will be done with a gloss black undercoat, followed by one or two coats of mettalic blue. There will be red tribal decals applied to the sides, custom rims and a custom red/black interior paint job.
