this post has nothing to do with alcohol, first and foremost.
being a new rider of just over 2 months, i have spent a lot of time on the bike.. having put on around 4,500 kms or so (and loving every minute of it). i have noticed though, that on mornings following days where i ride for say.. 3+ hours, i am completely annihilated.. almost as though i feel some sort of hangover. i wake up feeling totally groggy..
and so while riding itself is competely habitual, i can only assume i get this effect because of the mental strain of keeping myself safe on the road.. and being aware of my surroundings? i rode for 7-8 hours each day for the last few days and i am finding myself unable to get out of bed the following mornings.. even after 7-8 hours sleep. having said that i am always ready to hop back on and head out again heheh.
