    Valve Adjustment frequency

How often do you guys get your valves adjusted? I've got 46,000km's on my Kawasaki and it runs fine. Just had them done at the beginning of this season at about 37,000kms.

Are the valve adjustment intervals supposed to be closer together after you've accumulated more on the odometer?

What I'd like to know is from people that have had their valves checked and not needed them adjusted. If at all possible I don't want to have to have to pay the labour to check them every single season if people have experience that tells me that I don't need to.
I love my squared off tyres. Torque rules.

Generally they get more stable with age. It's not uncommon to not need to change anything for a few years with a bike like your's. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't inspect them regularly. I like to do mine once a season.
A backyard mechanic without a service manual is just like a hooker without a lamp pole.... they are both in the dark.
