Ever heard of Coast to Coast AM?

I'm curious to see how many BCSB'ers know of this great talk radio show (10pm-2am nightly on 1410AM).

Occansionally listen, but some of the people Art has on a few cards short of a full deck.. some of the theories are humerous and some way out there. Others actually believable.....

Uhg...I use to have to operate this show when I was working at 1410 (Overnight operating shifts are tres not fun.) Tried listening a couple of times but some of the stuff on that show is just down right wierd. Plus during that time I think Art was on sabatical so I ended up listening to the substitutes that he had on and they are not near as interesting as Art.

I heard that he did that show from his basement. Anyone know if that's true?
"That's not a knife, this is a knife!"
    "That's not a knife, that's a spoon."
"Oh so I see you've played knifey spoonies before."

yeah, he does it from his home.
the show is really hit and miss, there are some amazing guests while others are loonies. no topic is taboo, everything from ghosts, aliens, bigfoot, mainstream and alternative medicine and science, conspiracy theories galore, you name it, the show covers it.

He lives in the desert in a community set up by In-Sight which is a gun training school. I have friends that have been there and say it's amazing. I'd go for some kick ass training myself if not for the huge price tag.

Coast to Coast is the shiftworkers friend. Personally, the more insane the people on there are, the better I like it. And they can get pretty insane.

    Really insane.

I listen when Im in the car later at night. Like previously said, some of the topics are pretty nutty. But there are times when its a good listen. Can listen to it online too on the 1410 site (well, last time I actually checked) for anyone who wants to tune in on the PC.
