Well my wife was on the way to work this morning. Heading down Minoru in Richmond. A FedEx driver in the right lane, she was in the left slowly passing him.
No signal, the FedEx driver changes into the left lane, Teresa had to lock up the brakes by the sounds of it. The FedEx driver then peeled into a parking lot on the left.
Teresa followed him in, she had a load of things we were moving into our new place in the truck, Candle holders, Crystal, etc. Most it it seems broken now.
The Driver refused to give her any information with the exception of his first name. he said he "was afraid of losing his job and didn't want any trouble".
So Teresa took down his license plate and urried off to work somewhat upset.
So now I wait, I've called FedEx, I'm waiting on a Call from the Richmond manager.
Personally I would have made a scene in the parking lot, parked behind the truck and called FedEx and waited for a Manager. Hell if the guy was driving bad enough I would have called the RCMP and waited for them to show.
What pisses me off is that these people are supposed to be professional drivers. I've had several close calls and one run in with Purolator and FedEx drivers on Hwy 91. What the hell is up with these guys?
Just need to vent, and say stay the hell away from these guys on your bikes.
